Not only have I brought my family repeatedly, but I've also witnessed the establishment grow and evolve into a consistently excellent spot for Eastern European cuisine. What initially drew me in was the charming wrap-around patio with a covered awning, which became the perfect venue for my mother's 80th birthday celebration during the pandemic. Stroganoff is located in a charming and quiet spot at Major Mackenzie and Bathurst. The interior is elegantly decorated in a Northern European style, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes, featuring Russian and German cuisines along with some Asian influences. A standout example is their pairing of sushi ginger with fried calamari, resulting in a distinctive flavor combination. The staff is exceptionally friendly and offers attentive service. We were a family of four, including a toddler, and visited this cozy restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. The charming Christmas decorations added to the ambiance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our food was prepared in 20-30 minutes and had a fresh, authentic taste that reminded us of homemade meals. After our main courses, we indulged in dessert and I highly recommend the Cheese Blintzes (photo included).

Absolutely delicious! The food is consistently fantastic! Every time I go, I am impressed by the exceptional quality. I've tried nearly all the dishes on the menu, and they all taste amazing—many of them take me back to the traditional Eastern European (Russian/Romanian) meals that my parents and grandparents used to make. This restaurant is simply amazing! It’s a bit off the beaten path, but there’s ample parking given the size of the place. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The food features authentic cultural dishes. I highly recommend it to everyone!
