Sapporo Ramen Grill

The ramen here was delicious as we with the recommended Pork Belly Ramen Tonkotsu. The broth was super tasteful and the noodles cooked exactly right. Although I have to take off a start for the chashu while it was very tasteful and loving, as it was grilled, it does not seem like it was cooked long and slow, as Chashu should typically be cooked as it was not falling tender and was a bit more on the firm side, although it was still very delicious. Definitely recommend giving them an attempt!

After a long day of driving and working, this little ramen shop in Palm Desert was pretty leaky. The Tonkotsu wheels were amazing and the broth was creamy and hearty as you find in Japan. Thank you. Paul for your wonderful service, we felt like we have been there for years and this is not a service that you really get often.. If we're in the area soon, we'll stop to try more bowls!

Pretty nice! I've made my rams to remove the noodles (I know it's for health/diet reasons), but the broth, vegetables and eggs were very delicious. The meat was not good (I didn't eat it), but my husband had some pig and chicken and both were super dry and hard. But otherwise I would come back to the broth! Nice staff too.

Honestly, this is the best ramen restaurant out here. The food always tastes so fresh, and the portions are very filling for the price you pay. The atmosphere is very cozy and laid-back as well. Perfect place for some authentic Japanese ramen!

Nice place with good arms. Looks like it's Korean related (because they showed Korean food production video). There are many types of ramen menus.
