The Sarah Street Grill

We eat there pretty much every time my brother is in town. They have my second-favorite wings in the area (I'm really picky about wings, and Floods is my absolute favorite), a really delicious chicken pesto sandwich, and the most amazing pickles. I'm not even a pickle person, but I could eat bowls of those things. I really wish they sold them in a jar! Takeout isn't always the best, though. You really have to eat the food IN the restaurant, otherwise it's kind of soggy. I don't think that's a Sarah Street issue, though. I think that's the case for most takeout bar food. The staff is great. I've never, ever had a bad experience with them, and I've been going there since the late 1900s. :D On...

Dine in with 3. Pro; place was clean and service was excellent. Ordered calamari that was crispy however the marinara sauce tasted like generic canned. Bacon cheddar burger was excellent and the days special burger with bacon cheddar and egg was also excellent. French onion soup was very good. The Cesar salad with chicken I would not recommend. It was soggy as if when the ticket was entered it was made first and sat in the window while the burgers were still cooking. Also, the chicken was cold like it was cooked yesterday and refrigerated overnight before just throwing on top of the salads. I am used to having the chicken cooked fresh, then sliced and layered on top of the salad. I also need...

I was looking for a dinner spot with my family and worried this would be too loud and too much of a bar atmosphere for our group. I was pleasantly surprised that music was good and not overpowering. Upstairs was nice and a little quieter than the bar atmosphere downstairs, if that's not what you're looking for. The food was good quality. Tasty salad, delicious fries and chicken tenders, solid burger. Skip the hummus. Service was cheerful and pretty attentive.

The staff was very friendly and fast. We have ordered some different things. Sushi was great. French onion soup was a little on the sweet side, but it was still very good. The salads were also delicious. Everything and everything, it was a good experience. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a long wait, but it was definitely worth eating was delicious, nice ambience, reasonable prices.
