To get there, you simply pass the health food store, turn left at the next traffic light, and you'll see a tattoo shop on your right. After you turn left, just follow the street until you spot the blue building on the corner; the name of the restaurant is on the front. You can park in the back of the building.
I ordered the fried chicken plate with dark meat, which came with two sides and a corn muffin that unfortunately didn't make it home with me! I chose mac and cheese and dressing with cranberry sauce for my sides. Everything was delicious!
I'm sad to report that Sarah's Kitchen has permanently closed its doors; they went out of business about three weeks ago. It was truly a wonderful soul food restaurant. If you're looking for a great alternative with similar cuisine, I highly recommend Sweet Potato Cafe, which is just down the street. [Review #655] (10th Review of 2022)
The food was delicious, filling, and flavorful. Awesome place if you are lactose intolerant. They really went beyond expectations to accommodate me and to be certain they weren't serving me any milk products. I had the baked white meat chicken, black eyed peas, and cabbage. I'd give ten stars if I could!
After hiking up Stone Mountain, we found ourselves hungry and decided to check out Sarah's Kitchen. Now that we're back at the park enjoying our meal, my kids (ages 5 and 7) are raving about it, claiming it's the best food they've ever had. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning!

First visit was today !Ordered fried chicken,collard greens,mac& cheese!Really enjoyed and surprised I made it home because of the aroma coming from the food I'm stuffed and have leftovers for dinner!?
I'm updating my review because the restaurant was proactive in addressing my concerns. My partner informed me that they were ready to make things right; they were just out of potato salad at the time.
A real good home style cooked meal. We enjoyed the turkey wing with dressing and fried chicken. Service was nice as well!
The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The collard greens were absolutely amazing!

Not bad, not standout either. Food was ok, mostly bland, fried chicken was under seasoned.
The food was delicious and reminded me of the comforting flavors of my grandma's kitchen.
