asked us to come and wait in the amount instead of through the window. they also asked like 10 others to do that. an hour waiting for our food. they have closed the lobby so we could not ask for a refund or what happened to our order. that's uncool. if they can't make the orders they need to turn the people away. what a mess. not order here lol
They didn't put lettuce on my tacos.. which is amazing due to the fact that there are only 3 ingredients.. they were trying to rush me through the order by letting me know my total before I could finish ordering. Crunchy shells were soggy.. Taco Bell is usually great in a late night pinch. Not so much this time.
The experience and customer service is always excellent, I'm just not a fan of the food because it doesn't taste good to me. Other people like it, and there's nothing wrong with it. Del Taco is better.

Service was slow and the cashier walked away from the registerThe lady from the drive threw with was picking her noise had to take my order.
It always takes forever and orders are rarely correct. 50/50 on if the food is hot or not. People tend to be nice enough though.
Good breafast but I couldn't believe it when I asked for some sauce packets and they told me they were out.
