¡Yum! Pedimos a Kolo Me extra especial, Sarawak Laksa, Tofu con salsa de ostras y cerdo, y fideos de pollo Shiitake. Kolo Mee estaba delicioso con fideos hinchados, con una salsa de soja más oscura de lo que estoy acostumbrado. Sarawak Laksa era sabrosa y no enferma en absoluto. Los fideos de pollo tenían piezas de shiitake flovursome, y estaban bien, pero erguidas por el Kolo Mee. Yum! We ordered kolo mee extra special, Sarawak laksa, tofu with oyster sauce and pork, and shiitake chicken noodles. Kolo mee was delicious with bouncy noodles, with a bit more dark soy sauce than what I'm used to. Sarawak laksa was flavourful and not sickening at all. Chicken noodles had flavoursome shiitake pieces, and were okay but overshadowed by the kolo mee. Oyster sauce pork tofu was a bit of a letdown, the tofu came submerged in oyster sauce, which was too runny so it couldn't stick on to the tofu very well. For drinks we had teh C special, ribena sprite, soy milk cincau (grass jelly), and hot lemon tea, all were tasty, but I highly recommend the soy milk cincau. Love the "homey" at...

Don't expect fancy fine dining or 5 star service. Traditionally, this place is all about value for money, quick eating and great use of small spaces. Keep yourself entertained by playing a few "I'm totally not eyeing your food before mine gets here" games with the people sitting at the next table who are no more than 30cm away. Highlights from this place are the Buttermilk Chicken Rice, Kolo Mee ExtraSpecial and Braised Pork Belly Noodles/Rice. Service is alright and place can get a bit stuffy when it's packed. Hence, sometimes it's better to opt for takeaway during peak periods.
