Great neighborhood brewery with food! There is a variety of beer styles to choose from making for a great location for groups with varying tastes and to just try something new. The location is about 3 years old and am exciting this establishment appears to be making it through the pandemic. I had not heard of this location despite living nearby until my brother took me here. Their food menu is interesting with 'squirrels ' on the menu. The squirrels are simply a yeast pastry dough pocket with a variety of mixed savory and protein ingredients (much like German runzas or bierocks, and yes these go great with beer). We're on our first trip to Colorado and this is now our favorite brewery. I know constructive criticism is very helpful, but we have nothing but praises for this establishment. The energy was very positive as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and decor are amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu variety for both food and beer was spectacular! We each tried a couple of different beers without disappointment! The beer and food menus are hilarious! Don't be afraid to try the food, it's not actually squirrel meat, but deliciousness incarnate! If you are in the area, definitely stop here at least once!

This place is truly a hidden gem! Todd, Stacy, and the whole team are fantastic, and their brews are incredibly tasty with a variety of flavor combinations! You can choose from the squirrel menu for lunch, brunch, or dinner, and even add a shot of whiskey from their neighbor, Mystic Mountain Distillery (though they are separate businesses, they're in the same location). It’s a great spot to pop in for a quick bar hop!

LOVE this place! How had I never discovered it before? The beer is incredible, the beer names are absolutely hilarious, the service is outstanding, and the 'Loaded Squirrels ' are heavenly pieces of meat and cheese filled dough pockets. Love the selection of beers, and especially their names and descriptions. Bonus is that they taste really amazing! Also, the food descriptions are hilarious and creative and the good we did have was delicious. The atmosphere was really great and comfortable and the service was friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back, with more friends!

Try the coffee beer, so good. Our first time here so we ordered the flight to try more flavors. Also order the squirrel package, it was yummy. The vibe here is very chill, although it was pack, it wasn't too noisy. Really enjoyed our evening and will be back!

A hidden gem off the beaten path! The service is friendly and welcoming. The beers were excellent, and I really enjoyed the food. The interior is clean and has that charming old-world English pub style. Plus, the patio area is lovely!

Stumbled on this place. A hidden gem that others had clearly found before we did. Everything about this place is clever beer names, flavors, food selections. And, they do traditional things well.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! Despite my limited time, I was able to enjoy a quality IPA and receive excellent service quickly. I highly recommend stopping by Satire Brewery.
