Saveurs Marine Coquillages Bouchet

Everything, that we tried, was indecently delicious: plump oysters from the owner’s farm (fresh gratinated , meaty whelks, creamy sea urchins, perfectly grilled langoustines. But the star of the meal was definitely a large Breton female lobster, the tastiest, we’ve ever tried, with wonderful caviar and emerald green tomalley. It was also nice watching large French families with small children, which were eating the same things, as parents, and enjoyed them a lot: . And the service was warm and attentive and the local Rose – spot on. We also wanted to spend there our last evening in de La Grande Motte, but, unfortunately, they were unexpectedly closed on that day, such a pity: !

Easily the best seafood restaurant I’ve been to in France. The hostess was very welcoming and the service was attentive and friendly and the food even better. My favorite item was the specialty Bouchet Oyster, which is produced locally by the owners of the restaurants. I also enjoyed the signature marinade which they used to prepare the fresh prawns and scallops. Overall it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh seafood.

Best sea food in La Grande Motte. Very fresh seafood, really delicious. We had a mix between fried and raw. Both were delicious. The lobster, the saint jacques, couteaux marines, oysters, shrimp everything was top class. A bit pricier then the average meal in Grande Motte but that depends on what you order and how hungry you are. For sure worth every penny. Service also very friendly. Family run.

We discovered a small restaurant, and ate a tray of succulent shells, with delicious Bouchet oysters! Guaranteed refrigerator!! Good! That we came back during our stay... this time we took the Blue Lobster and its lobsters, giant gambas, eightres and grey mussels!!! A Merciii that kills a lot!! A restaurant that I really recommend because the products are fresh, the scratched seafood is delicious, the staff is very friendly and smiling. The manager explains her products from the sea with a lot of love. A very pleasant time spent in this restaurant.

A pure wonder! Excellent products, a very comfortable small room or a take-away order, a very pleasant team, possibility to compose its own plateau and exceptional Bouchet oysters (and I'm not a oyster fan).bref, an address to remember for our next getaway!
