We have enjoyed the Omakase more than once on special occasions and it is AMAZING. I've been looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant in Westchester. Sazan is it. The cha-soba noodles in their Ten Zaru had just the right chewiness and a mild, pleasant flavor. The ebi-ten tasted like shrimp. I look forward to going back and exploring the rest of their menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
