I had no choice but to lodge a complaint with corporate following a very bad experience here leading to what I believe to be intentional food poisoning by the staff.The wait staff barely spoke english, made a mistake on the order and when I requested rectification kitchen staff came out to give me the stinkeye. That night I had the worst food poisoning of my life and am certain the 2 are linked.In addition the food was severely overpriced (over 35$ for 3 slices of pizza, 2 fountain drinks and 6 wings this is a food court not a sit down restaurant lets be real here) and anything but fresh. The pizza was just reheated slices that had been sitting in a display window.Overall horrible experience...

Came here with wifey to order Stromboli, guy in front ordered bread sticks an for some odd reason the lady got mad cause I pronounced the name wrong. An she told the other girl in foreign language that we were rude. So that gave the indication to mess up our order. The guy in front got our food an we got his breadsricks. They charged us $17.94 for a Stromboli meal that only costs $12.95. Which I was confused because how 12.95 equal to 17.94! Cashier says we have 2 sides which 1 was the guys bread sticks that he never received! So Cashier acted like we was d because I said I never ordered bread sticks! Got pizza and spaghetti for grandkids. Sbarro is sneaky about tipping, make it confusing to choose none when using credit card. None seems reasonable for counter service.So I tried to pay cash but she told me she would run my card herself. They added a “Non-cash adjustment”. Would be better to inform customers ahead.Kids enjoyed food. I personally prefer fresh so Blaze, Gusto.

Good pizza, bad service.If you want to be directly scammed by the people there.Press (f)Other wise, they will say (f) is 1 And only direct you to options 1 2 3 All are tip options.I do tip servers, but don 't like to be scammed into it.The moral character of the associate who did this was kind of messed up.

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

Ordered a supreme pizza from doordash and just got a 17in cheese pizza... I still ate it but couldn't call to tell me I was just getting a massive cheese pizza with zero toppings?? Ur food ain't bad but too lazy to call up for an exchange.

Average pizza. Two slices and a drink for 19. Take your hard earned and go some where else with table service and made to order. Not worth the convince.

Great service! The manager recommended the Hawaiian pizza which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend Sbarro, will definitely be back.
