I visited the restaurant this evening with my child, and I have to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. The young female staff member was lacking in friendliness and came across as somewhat rude, as if she wanted me to pay before even finishing my order. My son's pizza was acceptable, but mine was ice cold. When I inquired about Sprite, she simply pointed to the soda dispenser without responding. There was no polite acknowledgment or anything. It seemed like she was in a rush, perhaps needing to step away for a moment.
Overpriced. Spaghetti pasta is overcooked and soaked on water. This is a price for one person meal. The owner needs to re-evaluate employees, or all owner+ employees) need to have good training for customer service. Found appears to be a nosehair on my meal...yuck! Tf !
They will let people they know cut in front of you in line and at the same time also not honor your loyalty member card. Used to be very friendly, but something has changed... I will not continue to be a loyal member.
Whenever I visit the HIP, I usually stop by Sbarro for a pepperoni pizza. It's consistently good!

When I come to the HIP mall I usually go to Sbarro and snag a pep pizza. Solid pizza.
The pizza was greasy and lacked flavor, and the customer service was quite poor.
The pizza appeared quite dry and could have benefited from a bit more sauce.
Generous portions and excellent customer service with a friendly atmosphere!
