Scatchells Beef and Pizza

The restaurant is new, nice and clean. The service seemed fine when I went. Friendly and brief just like most beef joints. I was surprised how small it was. They do slice the beef thin and provide a good amount of beef in the sandwich. However the beef seemed just ok, sweet peppers lacked flavor. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. The fries were large but well undercooked.

Beef was a bit watered down. And hot gardiner was tuff to crunchy. Fries undercooked. This is my place for 40 years when they were on laramie and 23rd. It pains me to say this about a cicero institution that I have champion as the best beef in the world. I have sent 100s of people here and spent in 40 years 10,000 plus easily. Please fix it... please please please.

I tried everything I know best. It's about the best you'll find anywhere in the world! For the first time I was a customer on 08/19/2015 and I recommend trying the beef for myself! Enjoy, I have... and I'll be back and forth!

Mt family and i have been going to Scatchell's for years delicious tasting icee and pizza,cheese fries etc i recommend now they have slot machines my cousin and sitter can't stay away its enjoyment for them good atmosphere Reserva una mesa ahora

U boys r the best I had come there n food for over 30 years n u guys just getting better to see a child hood hot dog n beef n pizza place is open show wat good food n good employees work there. Ty thomas hobbs jr.

I'm pretty sure I ate five beefs with cheese and hot peppers within eight days. And I want two right now. Go. Now. The pizza is also good and the deal during the week is pretty dang reasonably.

From here. Had nothing from here since summer time, but it was still oh as good as ever! Love the pizza and lemon Italian ice cream. One of my Fav Go-tos when I come west!
