This is my absolute favorite place on University. The interior is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy, service is great, and the teas are delicious. I love stopping by to just get a tea and go, but staying in to study is also one of the best things to do here. It's so easy to focus on my work with a nice cup of tea and forget about the world in this shop. I've made it a goal to try a new tea every day, but my personal favorites so far are the House Black and Raspberry Rose. Just don't get carried away and drink too much! Great place to hang out or study that I return to frequently. Comfy chairs, lots of charger outlets, and outdoor seating options. Between on tap and what they will steep for you, there’s about 50 options for tea. The drinks aren’t cheap, but the first refill is only $1-2 depending on size and the second is free so I’m not really complaining. Two notes: 1. It gets PACKED, so go early while undergrads are still asleep if you want a quieter experience. Super amazing service everyone is so friendly! They do Wednesday fun nights every month! The refills are a major plus (and a pick me up! they have fun flavors and are always available to answer any questions you have. The drinks are so yummy I go at least 3x a week. The vibes are so awesome with the green velvet chairs and plants and various vistas on the tv! The music is always banging for studying and just hanging out. Definitely a must go when you’re visiting and if you live here how haven’t you visited it already! :

This restaurant is a wonderful spot to relax and study, it has quickly become my new favorite Coffee shop. However, one issue I have is that the open door allows flies to come in, which can be quite bothersome. Probably one of my favorite places down University. Great place to go to when you're studying. I always get their monthly drinks at medium sweetness!! It tends to always be packed mid-day, but once you get a chair and you're studying, nothing beats it. They always have something playing in the background.

I've never been in person but I order from them ever 2 months. Almost every time they've given me a little surprise in my package. The tea is delicious. Not everything is my cup of tea but I have a few blends I need to have in stock. Their House Black is AMAZING. They deserve all the stars.

This tea house is incredibly charming and stylish. They offer a wide variety of teas, including a great selection of iced teas. The bakery is also fantastic, with the chocolate croissant being especially delicious.

Cozy spot to have top quality tea by the university the seatings are quite hipster! Wifi speed is pretty strong for Zoom needs. Five stars!
