I have ordered and payed for the fondue Caquelon. I haven't heard from the shop for almost a month. When I contacted Töpferei Aebi it turned out that the provider cannot deliver the material and I will not receive the item...which was supposed to be a wedding anniversary gift.... I have asked for the mkneh return... 1 month later I still haven't receive the money..... I do not recommend. There is zero care of the client....I'm still waiting foe my money, I hope that it will not end up with a legal action.
