Schlössli - Reservar una mesa

The food was really great, we had two pizzas. The waitress, an older bald man, was very, very rude. He hardly exchanged a word with us and after the pizzas we were ignored, so to speak, we weren't asked whether we wanted coffee or dessert and when we asked for the dessert menus ourselves after a while, we were told they'd bring them right away. 20 minutes later we still had no tickets and we had to stand in the way of the service at the checkout so that we could even pay, otherwise we would probably have been ignored further away. We were treated as if they didn't want us there. It was a really disappointing evening as the food itself was really good. I recommend taking the pizzas to go with you so you don't have to deal with unfriendly service Service: 1 Location: 3

We went inside and they didn't even say hello, we stayed inside for more than 10 minutes waiting and non of the staff even bothered to look at us or address us even in the slightest so we had to leave without eating, they completely ignored us

The food here is very good and the price is right. Very friendly personal and also the patron very nice. I can only recommend this restaurant. Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
