The food is always good here and I?ve never had bad service! But I?m leaving this review after the experience I had with Gabriel!!! I called in a larger order for us at Urgent Care! He took extra care that our orders were correct, he was courteous, and he handled each separate payment perfectly! The food was ready and he helped me bag up everyone?s order! He offered me a drink for myself and he got the drinks filled for me at the self service station! That extra care
Schlotzsky's offers a great alternative to typical national chain sandwich shops. This spot is conveniently situated next to one of Farmington's larger grocery stores. I appreciate their unique approach of serving round sandwiches instead of sticking to the usual sub style. Just a heads-up—the large size is huge! While this location handles a lot of drive-through orders, we opted to eat inside. The dining area is small, but the staff provided excellent service.
Schlotzsky's is a great spot for a quick meal. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, my most recent visit wasn’t ideal—I ordered soup and had to wait much longer than expected. It seemed the young man assisting me was a new employee. Despite that, I would still recommend this place for a tasty bowl of soup.
I've visited Schlotzsky's a few times and ordered the loaded baked potato soup, but when it arrived, there was nothing "loaded" about it. When I inquired, they told me I should have specifically asked for it, even though I had already requested it loaded. The customer service was very disappointing. I?ve been here a couple of times and ordered loaded baked potato soup and when I got it I didn?t see any ?loaded? in my soup at all. When asked about it they said ?you should?ve asked for it? I specifically asked for loaded and that?s not what I got.Horrible customer service.
Overall, it was quite good. The service was slow, and the prices were on the high side. If they don't implement some changes, I'm concerned that Schlotzsky's may not last much longer. However, the Pesto Chicken Pizza is definitely the standout dish on the menu!
I encountered a problem with my online delivery order from Grubhub, but the manager was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to fix it. The kids really enjoyed their pizza, and my salad was fresh and served in a generous portion.

In my view, the Original sandwich from Schlotzsky's, served on a sourdough bun, is unbeatable—it's the best toasted sandwich I've ever tasted! I would pick this over hamburgers any day!
