20th in FarmingtonI asked the sonic rep for a drink carrier and she got mad and made me wait extra long in the drive thru. I also notice she only have me my change no receipt. It clearly states that if a receipt is not given with your change ask the manager for a coupon for a free cheeseburger, so I asked and they denied me. So I asked for a refund and handed my melted drinks back. She took her time giving me back 11.13 on a gift card and said she can only give refunds on a sonic card no matter what you pay with. Meanwhile the staff are all laughing including the Manger on duty. I will never go back to that location ever. Immature staff who have know idea what work truly is. All I asked for...
the absolutely worse customer service. dont spend your money here. the breakfast for my daughter here on the way to school, the lady who took the order did not let me give up another order so I tried to order in the window and she kept the window closed. of course, to say that I went without my order and went to the mainsenker wayyy better service) 20. st sonic has zero customer service skills, they were not busy. we were the only car there, now we know why they don't have customers at 730am. the people forget what they said when they apply for the job.
We ordered ahead on the app for 2 large drinks. The app said our order would be ready by 2:19 PM. The order didn't come out until 2:35 PM. Our drinks were completely wrong and we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get new ones. The wait is terrible every single time we come. We will not be back until they start prioritizing customer service.
best place in this town makes burger king look like trash. they need to get the carhops to skate again. also they need to fix there mics cues I swear they can not hear us at all. at first I thought they where just rude but I really think they cannot hear us. 4 stars because the hops cant skate and I did not get my fries

pay them a meal! chili has added to my burger and charged for it! not receive! retrieved on request over extras that for! the person replied they are management with very badly hired on the phone! pay them a little under $30, that goes to paycheck, expect them a little more courtesy order right!
I ordered the boneless chicken, and it was excellent—cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. However, the fries were dry and lacked flavor, which I wasn't a fan of. As usual, the drinks were quite pricey.
The food was great. I gave him a 4 star because they used the papers in so much salt. Been here 2 times and asked for no salt on the zets and still ended with salt in them on the last order. Get sodium guards.
I pulled up at 10:20 and they wouldn’t serve me? I get it if I’m 5 minutes before you close… but I was 40 mins before closing and you turned me away? Atleast change your times online

Food was good, they were able to substitute a chili dog for a corn dog which my Grandson loved! Thank you Sonic, he got his Sonic lunch!!
Could have put more than a single line of cheese to cover the tots missed about half of them. Drinks were great.
