We normally come at this location for the food. It's relatively pleasant to eat. However, when my father ordered his chicken and avocado salad, they served it cold, with tid bits of chicken that was rotten. Normally, the salad is warm, with strips of chicken. So, to have that is a slap to the face. Whatever beef employee's have with each other, don't take it out on a customer's food or stare at us ugly. Don't recommend this place.
The University location is excellent! They stay open until 10pm, which is perfect for when I have to work late. The staff is friendly and well-informed. I decided to try their new calzones because they were raving about them, and I was not disappointed! I loved the Italian and the French dip, but I can't wait to go back for the BBQ chicken. The soups are also very tasty. I will definitely be returning!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the pepperoni and double cheese pizza with sour cream onion chips and a drink. I ordered takeout and was impressed with the cashier and staff. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The pizza was delicious and the chips were also tasty. I will definitely be returning to try out the sandwiches and other items on the menu.
The only good here is some staff maybe like one and that’s it.My sandwich was poorly made. Mind you have staff yelling at each other as if we are in a ranch, to be spoken to, from across the building mind you. I should of gone to the original location. This restaurant is one of the top American chain restaurants in Austin. I have been to many of their locations and the food is consistently delicious. The only issue I have at this particular location is that they frequently run out of sweet tea or it tastes a bit off, likely due to not being changed regularly.
I have visited Schlotzky's in Edinburg numerous times. They specialize in delicious deli sandwiches and I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the tables are usually clean. The atmosphere is great.
This is definitely not your average club sandwich! The food was excellent. The original location has closed, but they have relocated to a larger spot on Nolana. Prices are around $10 per person.
