Situated behind the main street in the village on Bachstrasse, this restaurant really is a hidden jewel. Leo, your host is a charming welcoming man who makes each visit special. The menu is varied including both local cuisine and international fayre. Given notice, Leo will also source special foods for you. The food is excellent and the portions certainly don't leave you wanting. The atmosphere is great with a mix of locals and visitors, cross-table conversations are common, with everyone sharing experiences and making recommendations. This is the second time we have eaten here. Last time was in the summer and we ate outside along the river. This time it was cold so we ate outside. We got there kind of late but the told us to take a table up front. It was kind of in a little room by itself. They server came over and handed us English menus. Local beers and local food was all excellent.
Trotz Reservierung hatte man hier das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Stamm Gäste haben schneller einen Tisch bekommen.Das Essen war teilweise mäßig. Teilweise aber auch geschmacksneutral. Die Küche ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Liebhaber von Pommes mögen hier möglicherweise auf ihre Kosten kommen.
