I recently dined at Scholars, a restaurant at Blackburn College where catering students prepare a vegan plant-based menu priced at £12. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience as the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and cooked with skill. It was a joy to eat dishes that were thoughtfully created and passionately cooked by chefs as young as 16 to 19 years old. You won't regret visiting this incredible restaurant, but make sure to plan ahead as it can get busy. Expect top-notch service, delicious food, and a laid-back atmosphere. Don't forget to leave a tip, as it greatly helps the staff, especially since the 4-course menu is under £15 per person. It would be rude not to show your appreciation.
