Schweizerhalle - Reserva de mesa

We walked in on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and were quickly seated. This restaurant is very close to the Saint Nicholas cathedral in Fribourg. The food was excellent. My wife had the deer medaillon (chevreuil) and I had the vegetarian mushroom fregola sarda, both delicious. Above all was the most excellent service Laura took really great care of us. If you happen to be in Fribourg, you must give this restaurant a chance to amaze you.

Atmosphere, kindness of service, quality of the food. I felt like people working here like what they do and put efforts into it. Nice menu selection, revealing ambition to try something new and respect for tradition. Dessert menu was based on a pre-fabricated brand product...list. But the Tiramisù seemed home made and was delicious. Overall, this is a place I recommend and that I will think of for long time.

We came to the restaurant thinking that there was a menu like the one advertised, instead of going to the restaurant opposite, something less interesting and more expensive. After bringing us the menu and the drink, they told us that there was only a menu for one person, instead of having told us this at the beginning, as soon as we arrived. We hope you take it into account for future clients.

I was here several times. Last time we had frog legs (cuisse de grenouille . It was the best I ever had!! Well, they have a lot of other very delicious dishes. Service is very fast and recommend you the perfect wind or drink for every...dishes (you have to ask for it . Service and wine was fantastic too! I wanted to remember the name of this restaurant that I visited because eating was really good. I still remember the salat and the filet de perche I ordered, and the tables outside were quite occupied. not far is the track with. a sign that speaks about the faithful women and men who lead to the cathedrale.

Nice but I found: ultra light homemade tea in taste (for the price we hope a little better than a glass of water with a little mint taste) the Caesar salad is good but not my favorite (it's very personal I imagine) slightly long service
