The hotel offers a good location to Caumasee and the check-in is super friendly and accommodating. I would have rated the hotel a 5 if the beds were better, especially for the price of the room and restaurant service for dinner was even on average....I never had such an unorganized and terrible service in a nice restaurant for dinner than in this hotel. The table over me and I laugh about it because it was so bad. I was sitting and moved and then got no introduction to the menu and had to stand up and get a copy of the evening card itself. We called down here after a day after the mountain and left us in the lounge area for hot chocolate, apple strudel and vanilla sauce. Absolutely delicious, but very overpriced. We didn't call an apple strudel on another day, so we had to make apricot cake. Absolutely delicious. The hotel is well appointed I believe classified as 5 stars. The decor is old, not really to my taste rather fussy. We became a bit of the coupling of loud middle English guests about their ski yields and very relieved that we had chosen the beautiful Belvedere Hotel to stay and not these. So I recommend the cake, but nothing else

If you are looking for an excellent stay in Fllims/Laax this is where I would stay with my family. Gorgeous Hotel with a rich history that can almost be felt everything is well maintained! Family Schmidt made this stay as if we were their...family. Compliments. In short: Gorgeous Hotel with great food, big indoor pool and very close to everything.

Beautiful building in a beautiful location in Flims. The restaurant has a wonderful terrace where it serves very good food. It is not cheap, but the standards are high and the staff was very friendly. Overall a very good meal with beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful terrace, good service, nice food and good wine map: all good. But to know that you may sit on the same chair as Albert Einstein or Marie Curie once sat, it makes everything special.

This hotel has also an excellent restaurant. During our stay we enjoyed a 5 course dinner every evening and it was fantastic. Among the guests were people like Nietzsche and Einstein.

The dining room has the classic grand hotel flair of swiss hotels. The staff was very attentive, the food very good.
