Sciascia Confections

I ordered the assortment of macarons to surprise my wife for our wedding anniversary, as we were staying the night across the street at the Logan Inn. Tom was very helpful in coordinating the delivery of the macarons to ensure they were waiting in our room upon check in. The macarons were DELICIOUS! The peppermint flavored macron was a nice addition for the time of year, and my personal favorite was one that tasted like an eclair with a sweet vanilla frosting sandwiched between a chocolate dipped wafer on one side. I would recommend them to anyone visiting New Hope or looking to send a unique gift.

Still an epic 5 star place. I mentioned a con in my last review and Tom (the owner reached out to get more clarification and to send me new chocolates (which is totally not necessary . He mentioned that he tastes the chocolates every few days and asked for more specifics so he could do epic quality control... even though the con was a total non event and Sciascia has been 5 stars the whole time. : (I 'd edit my last review but I can 't via Yelp. Anyway amazing chocolate, kind people, and an overall epic experience. Definitely stop by this place for some delicious treats or gifts!

my girlfriend and I were walking around new Hope before our dinner reservations and we wandered into this market. So glad we did, my girlfriend got three different macaroons which she said were the best she's ever had I had the dark chocolate bark with dried cherries, I could eat that all day it was absolutely amazing!

Love their rose, birthday and chocolate macaroons and midnight almond dark chocolate are amazing if you are dark chocolate lover. I usually shred my dark chocolate over vanilla ice cream. I recommend this place any day any time!

Enjoyed a mix/match lunch with Peruvian ceviche and Greek salad. Added a latte for dessert. All was fine. Not to pricy.
