There were four of us for dinner. The appetizers were good but unfortunately, two of our dinners were super salty. The food was good but not great which was disappointing. It was very busy for a Tuesday night but the staff was very attentive. The menu has a lot of choices and they were flexible to make two meals vegetarian which was appreciated but it was the two vegetarian meals that were oversalted. Maybe they were trying to make sure they were tasty. We will try again, we like to try each place two to three times to get a clear picture of the meals and restaurant.
We were looking for a restaurant in Santa Rosa near Spring Lake for lunch and Sea Thai was near-by and had availability. They have an extensive mostly seafood menu, of course. The service was prompt and not overly intrusive. My water glass was filled before I had to ask for it. The food came after only a brief wait. I ordered Papaya Salad which was one of the best I have ever had. And my husband ordered shrimp bruschetta and spare ribs. He has eaten the spare ribs over 3 meals (the portions are generous. The rest of the food disappeared like magic.
SEA Thai cuisine never disappoints. The tempura mushroom appetizer was so tasty that I could have ordered two. My go-to meal is the red curry with pumpkin (chicken), and I order it with brown rice. The portions are generous, so I take half of it home for another delicious meal the next day. And of course, the mango sticky rice is fantastic. Go people, you will not be disappointed.
The food is very good but every time we visit Sea Thai Bistro there are service mis steps. They always take forever to take your initial drink order and deliver your drink. This last visit our server forgot one of our two dinners. Our previous visit we sat at the bar and the bartender completely forgot about us. Too bad the service is not at the same great quality as the food.

Great place to go when you are hungry. We ordered five items for two people and went home stuffed and with enough leftovers to feed us for another two days. Great tasting food, good portions, and affordable enough to try multiple items. Now a must-stop when we are in Sonoma.
It's always busy and we always make reservation before we go in. Some tables inside, are placed too close together, almost elbow rubbing. This is too close for my comfort. Food is always great and service is very attentive and friendly.
Sea Thai is always so good. The food is fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. We’ve been fans for five years!
Seating was smooth and easy. Our service was excellent as was the food. It was a great visit as usual.
