I 'm really only commenting/reviewing for those with Celiac--don 't go. They have things on the menu listed as gluten free but they really aren 't because of the fryer. I thought I 'd be safe going here because they 're vegan (ie they aren 't going to be frying chicken tenders and fries in the same fryer) but since they have a beer battered avocado, everything that goes in the fryer is contaminated. There was one item on the menu that I could have a modified version of, and I was offered raw brussel sprouts...? I 'd suggest getting a second fryer so that the items listed on the menu as gluten free can ACTUALLY be gluten free. If your only reason for contaminating a whole fryer and disqualify...

Decided to go Vegan for a month and found this place on Yelp. Located inside The Lab in Costa Mesa I was very impressed with the quality of food and service. The menu is 100% Vegan and has a lot of gluten free options. We started with the Cauliflower ceviche and Brussels sprouts. Both very good but the cauliflower ceviche was the star. Served with tortilla chips, this dish is as good as a seafood ceviche if not better. For entrees we had the tomato soup, jackfruit Al Pastor tacos, mushroom tacos and the beer battered avocado tacos. Winner- Mushroom tacos with the jackfruit ones a close second. We sat outside on the heated patio. No view to write about but it was cozy with the heaters and tab...

Seabirds you did it again! I almost went with the beat burger again, but you had me at butternut enchiladas. Which had the most delicious sauce that you should totally drizzle on your nachos cause that is what I was doing when I was stealing bites from Husband's plate. Our server was so nice and made sure we were taken care of. I was drinking a lot of water lol. Oh and the chocolate chunk cookie with sea salt...OMG If you are like me and like your cookies chewy and doughy, then this was perfection.

This restaurant is completely vegan and offers a diverse selection of dishes to cater to all appetites. We particularly liked their refreshing iced teas and lemonade. Personally, I loved their avocado taco and soup. The restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating options. The ambiance of the shopping center where it's located is truly unique. They were also considerate and asked if we had any dietary restrictions other than being vegetarian. Reserva una mesa ahora

A small restaurant in Costa Mesa with a very cozy setting. They have ample vegan choices. We loved their Purple Taquitos and also the Beets burger. The warm cauliflower salad bowl was not up to the mark. Tried their blueberry lemonade and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions. We sat outside because we had a huge group, and it was comfortable with the patio heaters. Will definitely go again.

This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants!!! The food is amazing and you can expect a fantastic experience with the food, drink selection, service, and atmosphere. This time we tried the nachos and the beats me burger. The kombucha on tap was delicious! If it's your first time, be sure to try the rolled tacos as well. They also have lovely outdoor seating. They offer some of the best vegan food I've ever had.

Located at the end of the Lab anti-mall, last stop on your stroll through the space.Ordered the Beer battered avocado tacos, and another in my party ordered breakfast burrito. Both very delicious. I also ordered the Birdhound cocktail, delicious and sweet. Our server Dawn, was friendly, offered great suggestions.Parking: The parking is cramped and gets very busy.
