My family and I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, not once but twice during the same trip because we enjoyed it so much!The portions were large and the prices were lower than a lot of places we've visited. We had a variety including the traditional breakfast, French toast, and pancakes. Everything we had tasted great!We also had an excellent server, the same one on both days. She was prompt, regularly refilled coffee, and checked on us regularly. Two family members shared their desire to split a meal on the second visit and they asked for an extra plate. This server went beyond and delivered the meal already split onto two plates. It was thoughtful and we really appreciated it!
This was likely the worst food I've ever tasted—microwave quality but priced as if it's a big city restaurant. It claims to cater to plant-based eaters, but there was absolutely nothing for them, which feels dishonest. I wish I could give it zero stars. The place is severely understaffed and extremely inefficient, so be ready to spend at least two hours there. Several customers ended up leaving due to the lack of service. The men's restroom was also in a terrible state—really disgusting and lacking basic supplies.
The staff at the Heritage Inn were the friendliest people we encountered on our vacation. Our room was tidy and comfortable, but it could benefit from a renovation. We did experience loud noises whenever our neighbors used the water. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant, and it was excellent. If you're hoping for luxury, you might be let down, but overall, we were pleased with our stay and would consider returning. The price was certainly reasonable!
Food is always amazing but the service isn’t always that great. Our waitress is always polite and on top of things but the other waiter is not very attentive. Only came out to bring our food and then asked 1 time from across the room if we needed any refills. We stayed 2 nights as its hugely cheap compared to staying in Waterton Park. Basic room with Fridge, Microwave, Bath/Shower Wi-Fi. Big Dining area but no free breakfast but at these prices you wouldn't expect it. The best part is the Pool which looks as if its been recently refurbished. Hot Tub and lovely changing rooms.
