Well I’m writing this to warn others. My daughter has a sever nut allergy. On booking we told them, on entering we told them, on ordering we told them, the menu clearly marks which foods are nut free. When she chose the Christmas pudding. I asked the waitress to check. Even though the menu said ok. Thank goodness she did. It contains nuts she advised after checking. I phoned the restaurant at 9am this morning having not slept with thoughts of what if. Also as there was no apology from any one senior at the time. When I explained. The manager said oh I will look into this and get back to you. Well 10.5 hours on. not even a. Call back. So I’m not happy the menu has been amended PLEASE PLEASE B...

Thank you we had an amazing lunch with you today. There were 4 of us and we were sat at a lovely table with a bench by the Olive tree. Absolutely ALL staff were LOVELY They could not do enough for us and the service was second to none. The kitchen were also VERY accommodating as we wanted to swap things around on a couple of dishes NOTHING was too much trouble and every starter, main and pudding was superb. Thank you so much for a lovely festive lunch. We will be back x HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

Friends constantly rave about this place so my expectations were high. Really nice place to celebrate a special birthday. We had the set menu which was delicious and treated ourselves to some lovely cocktails. Owen served us and was lovely. Booked this as a birthday special, which was marked on the bill but they didn't do anything to make it special so not sure what this actually means when booking... but good food and service in a nice setting. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Staff are amazing, atmosphere is brilliant, food however has gone downhill, less and less options on the menus , good flavours of food but such little diversity. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £30–40
