The customer service was somewhat lacking. I ordered a personal pizza online, only to find a sign for a medium pizza priced at $8.99 when I arrived. I asked if I could upgrade my order to the medium, since they were the same price, but the employee said it was already made and he couldn't change it. I pointed out that this offer wasn't mentioned on the website, or I would have ordered that option. He just replied that I should have looked under specials and said "maybe next time!" It was quite frustrating; I feel like I was misled. It wouldn't have been too difficult to let me pay an extra 50 cents for the larger pizza.
Hello, I received a $3.00 coupon for Seasons through Yelp. However, when I tried to use it, the staff informed me that Yelp does not have the authority to issue coupons on their behalf and refused to accept it. I was disappointed that they didn't offer to investigate the situation or honor the coupon just this once. Instead, I was given a firm "no." The pizza itself was exceptional and deserves a 5-star rating, but the customer service was frustrating and only warranted a 2-star rating. Therefore, I decided to give them an overall rating of 3 stars for this visit.
The pizza took over an hour to arrive and was cold when it finally got here. I was disappointed with the size of the large pizza; it was quite small and barely enough for two people, costing $20. They also added a $4 delivery fee without mentioning it up front. Half of that fee goes to the driver, who either doesn’t know this or chooses not to mention it, so you end up tipping as usual without being informed. Overall, I found the product to be overpriced and of poor quality.
The food was amazing! The wings had a delightful sweetness balanced perfectly with a hint of spice, and my son, who is quite the critic, really enjoyed the pizza. It was served hot, cut into small slices, and the combination of the sauce and cheese was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for family nights, team gatherings, outings with friends, or even just a quick solo lunch where you can appreciate the attentive service. I can't wait to go back!

To our surprise, Johnny arrived at our door shortly afterward delivering a meatball sub and some chips that he had personally picked up for us. We were completely unaware he was doing this! When we offered to pay him for the food, he graciously declined our money and expressed that he simply wanted to make things right. His generous act and outstanding customer service truly left a lasting impression on us!
Overall, the pizza is quite good; I've ordered from here several times. They tend to take a bit longer for delivery, but that's not a huge issue for me. As a pizza delivery driver myself, I can appreciate how things can get hectic. Their pizzas are tasty, the pasta is excellent, and the subs are wonderful. The flatbreads are absolutely fantastic!
The pizza here is absolutely fantastic! We dined in, and our food arrived quickly and hot. There’s plenty of seating available, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. This has officially become my new favorite pizza place, and I can’t wait to try more items from the menu!
The pizza here is incredibly delicious, and the service is excellent. John is particularly friendly and genuinely cares about his customers. We’ve been visiting weekly, and the entire staff is fantastic. We love this place!

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. When I called to express my concerns, the manager accused me of lying. I will never spend my money here again.
My daughter worked there three weeks ago and still hasn't received her paycheck. It's really disappointing.
