This coffee shop has great potential and a wonderful location. It’s very clean, and the quality of the coffee, syrups, milk, and other ingredients is top-notch. The prices are reasonable for a coffee establishment. However, there are inconsistencies in the quality of the drinks. Customer service feels more typical of a casual dining spot than a premium coffee shop. You might either enjoy a superb coffee or hot chocolate or receive a disappointing, overly hot, watery drink, even when you tip generously. I found a wonderful spot to relax and read, a spacious environment that makes me feel at ease yet lively enough to enjoy the company of others. The staff are exceptional—always professional, smiling, and genuinely friendly towards customers. It's clear that many patrons choose to return here because of the excellent service and the wonderful staff. Keep up the great work! We visit this location every morning, and while our orders vary with the seasons, we typically get two VB Lattes, one at kids' temperature. This place is fantastic, and we eagerly anticipate our morning coffee each day. Today, we noticed that there wasn't an option for Eggnog lattes for delivery, but we mentioned it, and they sent us one anyway. Your staff consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you!

This second cup location is my favorite. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and my coffee is always fantastic. Michelle is a delight, and I was impressed that David remembered my order, even though I don’t come in every day. This place is always busy, but the attention to detail is truly wonderful. It really reflects first-class customer service.
