Usually very unfriendly service. No one smiles or seems happy to be working there.Some of their food and beverages are better than Starbucks....but the quality of service and the attitude of the staff....unbearable.No one smiles and they always look like they're doing you a favor.Service stinks do bad. May be they're all terribly underpaid or its just an organization level culture problem ?Everyone rolls their eyes....

The ambiance doesn't really have that cozy coffee shop vibe. The music being played feels out of place and doesn’t contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired; it's quite messy. It's concerning when my 12-year-old says they don't want anything from here anymore. That's enough for me.

Worst coffee, worst service.I got a cappuccino and it was piping hot. Being a coffee spot, they are not even trained to make a decent cup of coffee.Don’t even get me started on their service. This store seems to hire energetic people. But the baristas at this location have dullest expression and rudest custom service.

Excellent service and environment here! I went early in the morning on a weekday so it was not crowded and the barista Maria was really friendly, kind and helpful! Will come again.I really enjoyed the maple latte but the Egg white, pesto, cheese and naan breakfast sandwich was bland I wouldn't order that again Reserva una mesa ahora

Usually there was a very nice smiling lady. Came here 2 months later and the lady today at 16:20 . Waited 5 minutes for her to wash dishes until i complained and asked if anyone is going to serve the clients? Looks like she needs a coffee and more motivation.

As a mall employee this use to be my go to place for my favourite foods and drinks but they removed their apple cider from their menu and jacked up their prices on all the food options. This use to be $6.95 and now it’s $16?

I had coffee and a muffin with my friend at this place, and unfortunately, we both ended up with upset stomachs. It really spoiled our Boxing Day shopping experience.
