I have nothing but great things to say about Secret Formula Fitness. I have been going for about two months now and training with Deshawn. He is very energetic and motivational. He makes working out fun and easier to do. We weigh in each week which holds me more accountable, because I know what to expect. I like how personable it is. Because this is a smaller facility, you will get to know other people. I don’t feel like just another client or “check” walking in. When I walk in the owner says “Hey Madi” and the other trainers know my face as well. The facility has everything you need to be successful, don’t be fooled by the size. I was given a meal plan that I follow and I am down about 15lbs so far. I can’t wait for the final result!
This gym has truly changed my life, they are so helpful and knowledgeable of fitness goals. They are always on time, if an emergency comes up and you can't make a session they understand. Jay and Desean always look to help with whatever you need, if you have a question or concern and you reach out to them they always respond within minutes. Jay always helps you with nutrition and ways to eat so you see results and Desean is always down to push you to the limits and work past failure (as he would say). I have lost 30lbs and counting and have no plans on stopping
I've been training with Tymirh for a few months. Weight loss after 40 is painstakingly difficult, aches and pains along with limited mobility are a constant hinderance. Secret Formula Fitness and the tailored meal plans, are helping make great strides towards my weight loss goals. I have gained more flexibility, my core is stronger, and energy to burn.
