Seed To Sprout Bakery

As a vegan, one of the things you miss out on is bagel sandwiches. But seed to sprout bakery has filled that void. Their bagels are delicious and the sandwich options will make your vegan bagel sandwich dreams come true. I had the BLT sandwich and my husband ordered a tofu scramble and cheese bagel. Both were amazing. It's a cute little location with select seating. They also have coffee and tea and some other breakfast options like frittatas, baked goods, and more. It's a new favorite for me.

Everything is vegan and delicious. The drinks and smoothies are excellent, as are the brownies, cookies and other treats. They don't have a very large selection of baked goods, however, which I thought was odd for a bakery. Some of their cakes and cupcakes are way too sugary for my taste, so I wish they had more savory baked goods. Still, it's one of the only vegan bakeries around. I like their restaurants even better.

The entire menu at this restaurant is based on plant-based ingredients, emphasizing creativity and freshness. The vegan omelet is a must-try dish that is truly phenomenal. The Chilaquiles were also delicious. Additionally, they offer a variety of locally made hot sauces from Asbury Park. The cold brewed coffee was excellent. The service was fast and accommodating. Overall, a great dining experience.

This is one of my favorite vegan bakeries in the area. I love open space concept and able to observe them, create the food. The staff is friendly and I was always happy with my food and/or drinks. My order is the BLT Bagel and a Latte. Always delicious. And my children love the baked goods. I have noticed more to go articles recently, which is always a plus. The seat is limited.

My fave. I go to seed to sprout bakery way more often than I'd like to admit. Everything is always perfect, and all vegan !!!
