Bad experience in Takeaway of sweets/snacks. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .NO stars The lady said to buy minimum of 250gms. This is sweet, so randomly she selected 3 pieces and weighed 240gms. She did not want to give it to me.she took half a piece to add and weighed and it came to 280gms. What???? 1kg of sweet cost 26 AUD I needed to have paid 6.70 something but instead payed 7.30 AUD. FOR 10 GMS...she would not allow me to buy thw 240 gms of sweet but will want me to buy extra 40 gms. They make the customer pay more, she should have left it after weighing the first time. I bought it anyway as my kid was nearby and wanting it. ALSO BILL also cheeky , no info on weigjt /how much we bought. Easy to...

Okay, I don't know where to start with this review as there are a few things I wanted to share about my experience. I love Indian and Pakistani food, but this place is something else. 1- The lady working there was very rude and did not want to assist in any way, just wanted us to rush our order. Terrible customer service. 2- The food we ordered was Chicken Biryani and Chicken Curry, however there was no chicken in any dish, just the curry. It felt it was left overs. 3- Expensive and exaggerated prices. 4- Food taste was horrible I am confident that it was made 1 or 2 days before. I got food poisoning the next day. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Bad customer service. Lady behind the counter has no customer service skills. She firstly ignored me and started serving people who arrived after me. After I order my food was told to wait. Then Was told to wait further 5-10 minutes for my food, after I already waited 20 min. Even after a further 10 min I was still waiting. She did not even bother checking if my order was ready. Will not be ordering here again if the service is this bad.

not because eating is bad for this review, but a big rice with 2 curries is $16.90! I know the prices have risen everywhere, but that's too much! the most expensive food dish I take away

Worst experience.. guys why are you even Turing those things in your menu if you dnt even know- how to cook them.. BREAD PAKORA IS just a bread (tasteless) and poor stuffing in it..
