We ordered take out. We ordered 4 ala carte t hard tacos, chicken chino dinner, number 11, large cheese dip, side of guacamole, kids chicken tenders, and requested extra salsa and chips which we didn't get. I got home and was extremely disappointed. Our tacos were so soggy that they literally fell apart. Didn't even get to eat them. The cheese dip was $10 for a large. Well the large we received was like a cup. My child's chicken tenders were not only burnt and so dry he was choking it down, they weren't chicken tenders. They were coated fajita chicken strips deep fried to a dark brown and dried out. My husband called and they would not do anything to fix it whatsoever. We spent $50 for the w...
Terrible customer service. The waitress acted like she could barely understand English, ignored us when we asked for things, and stared at us from near the kitchen while talking to other employees. When serving us she leaned over our food and when placing a basic order kept going back and forth to the kitchen because she couldn’t remember what we ordered (which was a menu special). I normally order to go and the service isn’t bad…guess this is why I never dined in.
Normally we don't have an issue with this place. But tonight changed that for the good. My husband birthday and this is what he chose to eat. While they start off by getting my drunk order wrong, the food is delivered with hair on/in it. My husband politely told the manager what the issue was and the manager laughed. No apologies. No order remake. No discount. Nothing but $50 spent for something he didn't get to eat. Pathetic. HAIR IN THE FOOD!!!
Ok so we are there or tried to when the store opened many years ago and it was horrible. Today we went back and the service is a little slow BUT the food was much better than we thought. We have been driving a good distance to get it at a fav but now we have a new fav and will be going back again.
Me and my boyfriend had a terrible experience here. The staff acted like they hated their job, we found a hair in our salsa, they sat us right behind the kitchen doors and every time they came out it slammed the back of my seat, not to mention the food was gross. Definitely not Going back.
