The way all fried food comes out, you know the kitchen staff cleans the oil every single day. It is the most difficult part of maintaining the fried food facility and doing this the right way earned a lot of respect for me.And you can tell right away that they fried twice; 2nd time for the extra crispiness. And they executed perfectly to yield that golden brown crispy texture while maintaining ultra tender meat inside.And the sauce. I only got to try 4 different versions and I don't exactly recall what I got...
The chicken here is phenomenal. Always freshly made from scratch, not par cooked and finished off. The sauces are are made in house and full of flavor. My go to is the soy garlic sauce either on chicken tenders or on the side with fried chicken. Sometimes I splurge on a side of the truffle mayo. The chicken tenders are smaller than I remember they were a couple of years ago but to be fair they were monstrous before I mean an entire half breast was considered one piece lol. Anyone looking for Halal Fried Chicken should put SFC on their list. We tried the signature box and the sandwich . Their hot honey butter sauce is the best . We also tried the mango harbenero , soy garlic and devil hot sauces .The sandwich with devil hot was on point

SO GOOD!!!! Its halal!! I came with my friends and got the best service even though it was so busy. The chicken is quality, i got hot honey butter and sweet spicy tenders. The sauces are exceptionallllll.definitely the best place to get korean fried chicken.
I loved the signature burger so much that I felt compelled to leave a review. The chicken was perfectly cooked, retaining its moisture after frying without being greasy. The sauce was quite unique; I tried the mango habanero. And did I mention? It’s HALAL!
The best fried chicken I had !! Hands down I had the sweet and spicy and the garlic honey tatertots that was incredible definitely recommend ! Everything was crispy tasty and fresh !
fries do not travel well but the sandwich was good! i do not recommend the cookie, just a random cookie in a plastic bag.
