Of course, the hostess is trying to sit in front of the bathroom. Apparently we look like dirt bags that would know the difference that this is the worst table in any restaurant. So we asked to sit on the back outside the terrace near the fireplace. Our waiter is friendly and... of course we need to look like we can't afford to pay for all meals, so he asked us if we want separate checks. I ordered the smoker wet friries and they should be called COLD FRIES WITH COLD GRAVY HARD as a cold coating of epoxy adhesive. The color is also inconspicuous. The servers could benefit from some training on customer interactions. During our visit, one server responded to our gratitude with “No worries… we’re not in the Caribbean,” and used phrases like “okay” and “uh-huh,” which felt dismissive. It seemed like she needed guidance on proper communication. Additionally, she frequently left our table without checking if we needed anything, appearing eager to move on. The restaurant wasn't even crowded, so there was no rush. We believe that a standard greeting like, “You’re welcome! Is there anything else I can get for you? Do you have enough napkins? Silverware? We visited on St. Patrick's Day, and it was understandably crowded, which affected the service a bit. However, the staff remained friendly even under pressure. The food was good, though it could use a bit more flavor. On the bright side, I absolutely loved their drinks! They have a great selection, and the double Mango Hamilton is a must-try beer if you haven't had it yet! Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

We had a lovely lunch despite it being a really busy sports day. Usually, the service can be lacking, but today it was outstanding. I hope it continues to be like this! Occasionally, when I share a main dish, they only provide a small saucer as a second plate, but this time the server was attentive and responsive! I've been going to the Rancho September's for about eight years. It's been great for the longest time... until tonight. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes and the bartender never even acknowledged me. So I left. The staff isn't what it use to be. I guess all good things must come to an end. I usually say cheers right now but my drink never came.

My favorite part of the experience was the make-your-own pizzas for kids. Most items on the kids' menu were pretty standard, like a PBJ sandwich, and they all had the same price. But what made it fun was that one of those options came with an interactive experience: the kids got to add their own toppings to their pizzas! It was a great time!

Went for brunch this morning and our server Samantha made sure our bottomless mimosas were always filled! Awesome service, good food and a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
