Serendipitous Old Stuff Lounge

Went here on a Saturday evening to get a beer and some food , place was empty with only one other table being seated . Setting is very unique with antiques , a lounge couch , 2 separate rooms , and not one table and...chairs the same. Server sat us down right upon entering. Drinks were ordered when menu was given along with the specials of the day. The menu is basic and I would say this place is more of drink and a nibble than a restaurant . Drinks were served and while enjoying the beverage, conversation was simple as music was soothing and not overpowering volume wise. wow! we had a wonderful lunch today, sitting on the terrace in the warm sunshine, enjoying some fabulous diners. first the service amazing! a single server that was so pleasant, even if it had run away from her feet that serve everyone on the terrace and the picnic tables. 2 employees on holiday and another medical emergency. always smiling, pleasant to all, remembered everything. We have long thought to stop here on our way back and forth and thought it was a lovely evening to give it a try. Pleasant greeting and nice service. 45 minutes to get our drinks and finally gave up after an hour and half...of waiting with no sign of food in sight. We were the 4th table to leave for same reason. Seems to be a major issue in the kitchen as the place was not swamped. Suggest upon arrival that guests look at faces of diners who are already there we should have paid attention and realized this was not going to be a good experience. Don’t mind waiting a bit for good food but 1.5 hours and no sign of even the wing appetizer is just not acceptable.

it is so long ago.. but so glad we chose to eat for the sos lounge for our first, eat in restaurant! with odin's food allergies it's hard, but the charcuterie board was great (and when I took rest and there was so much; the servings were soooo...generössisch william made a sandwich and then another and pronounced each the best sandwich that I have ever eaten! . the baked braut with grilled spade and garnelen was likewise mouthwashed and I felt that the Caesar salad was the best thing I have ever eaten! and the bill was so reasonable, but beyond today I have waited for them when they were Reserva una mesa ahora

We have been visiting SOS Lounge for nearly 4years and have always found it recommendable. Not this last visit. Service was terrible. From extremely long waits between courses, ran out of the basic staples, limes, unable to make a margarita, and even ran out of...coffee. We are extremely embarrassed as we have raved about SOS, so when we had family visit from Alberta we of course took our guests to SOS. Left after a 25 minute wait for dessert which we still did not get. We will not visit again.

we were close to an airbnb and had luck enough to stumble over this amazing little jewel! we stopped at lunch and had the most amazing washboard. so many meats, cheese, brot and cracker, it was delicious! because it wasn't like that, the next day someone went back to our airbnb. they had only two sacrifices that were both wagging, one that was sweet and one that was kind of sympathetic. both were fantastic! pity, we live 3 hours away other wise it would be one of our regular stops!

We have driven past this restaurant many times and finally went for their fish and chips special on Sundays. Wow I must say the place is gorgeous and all the antiques are fun to look at. We had pickle spears and the special. It was...all amazing and our server was wonderful. They ran out of tartar sauce so they gave us the meals on the house !!! She even sent us home with desert. I am eating it now and it is Devine. We will be back for sure

we have visited with others at least 3 times twice and the atmosphere and eating has impressed everything! beer is currently limited to doses, but there is a limited selection of crafts and the menu is very interesting with huge portions. the big man...sandwich even took our suspended son in sat with which all the container go. the only part is that they are only open at weeks, but a real tasty bite to spend time here! This restaurant is fantastic, with welcoming staff and a unique menu that may not have a vast selection, but offers something for everyone. We loved dining outside in their new outdoor seating area. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a great time at this restaurant. The patio was cozy with beautiful flowers and plants. I especially enjoyed the lounge area with a comfortable couch and blanket. Even the washroom was nice.
