However, on Christmas Day, the restaurant seemed to be understaffed, with only two people managing everything outside the kitchen. This led to some noticeable challenges. They kindly informed us that more staff would be arriving later and that they were unprepared for the volume of reservations, which resulted in some items on the set menu being unavailable. seven avoid brothers. our booking last minute canceled twice in the last 3 weeks. when we first showed up and closed without a statement, 2 times a hour before they say they don't have a personal. a professionally guided place always has a plan. dodgy. ps, I didn't hang on her coworker. I didn't yell at her. I was sympathetic for them when they have the dirty work that the owner or manager should have the darm to do in the first place. I told her, after having been left twice for birthday parties and conspiracy, to find an alternative venue and contact my guests that the only thing left for me to leave a 1-star rating. I was disappointed, but very quiet and civil.
I dined at the restaurant on Christmas Day and found the food to be excellent. However, the wait times were excessive—over an hour for the entrée and 40 minutes for the second course. We were left unsure if additional dishes were ever going to arrive, so we decided to leave after receiving only a few items from the menu, spending about three hours in the restaurant. There weren't many other diners present at the time. The staff was apologetic and offered us a discount on our meal. Overall, we did enjoy the food, as it was well-cooked and very tasty. It seemed like something had gone wrong that day, and we felt sorry for them.
dinner was excellent, but too long to wait, an hour before the escape and 40 minutes for the second cure, was not sure when and when there are more eating that we were promised, so after getting only a few things on the menu, we were there for about 3 hours. not very many people in the restaurant. the personal was apologetic and gave a discount for the meal. overall we enjoyed the meal as it was well cooked and very tasty, obviously something went wrong this day and we were very sorry for them.

We attempted to dine at this restaurant twice—once for my birthday and again for my partner's birthday within the span of two weeks—only to find that they had decided to close both times. The first time, we arrived with family only to discover the restaurant closed without any prior notification. On the second occasion, they called us just an hour before our reservation to inform us that they had chosen not to open. I won't be trying again for a third time.

owner canceled the booking 2 hours before the booking on Christmas day, he said ran off the food. so unprofessional and almost ruined my christmas.
It was a great experience from Entre through to Desserts. High recommended if you are looking for a great steakhouse in GC.
