Seven Seas Fish Chippery

My rating: 3.0 stars (previously 2 stars). I had a light lunch here on January 9th after they had been closed for about 8 months. It's an old-fashioned fish and chips shop in the suburbs. The woman who served me was pleasant. I ordered a small serving of chips and two potato cakes. Prices have increased since my last visit. The chips were decent but could have been boiled a little longer, although this is just my personal preference. The portion was quite small (I was given 3, but they still didn't compare to what would be considered 2 large servings). good food, great customer service. we had a bad experience thanks to a delivery driver who sat down around both sides, accepted the order and did not move 25 minutes in direction restaurant, marked like 10 minutes before they appeared in the restaurant and then stopped on the side of the road on the way to us. as an apology, the restaurant provided a voucher, the supplier company erased their hands. shows who has a real customer service. as for eating, her chicken souvlaki was super fresh and delicious. a bit small for my lust, but still suitable for the price point. will be happy to return

This restaurant has recently changed ownership, so I decided to give the new place a try, and I’m not disappointed. It's a great addition to our neighborhood—a solid fish and chip shop. I just had the grilled fish and dim sims, and both were delicious. The place has been renovated and offers a wider menu selection, including gluten-free options.

Terrible experience. They can't even cook a simple vegetarian burger! Inside, I was expecting beetroot, salad, cheese, tomato, and tomato sauce, but instead, I received just salad, a boiled patty, and mayonnaise. Have tried their fish and chips before and it was good. Decided to give a go to chicken souvlaki for lunch. The service was good and it tasted fresh but the sour sauce they put in the chicken tastes really bad. It tastes bitter too. Disappointed.

From Yarraville to Truganina, and the food was still hot, and tasted Fresh. The Fish tasted amazing, everything was cooked to perfection, potato cakes were absolutely perfect. 100% recommended

our office tried fishing and chip stores around the areas footscray, yaraville, maribyrnong and nothing compares with the freshly grilled fish from seven seas. highly recommended!

we love their grilled flocks, hot chips, seafood sticks, dimsim, kartoffel cake, fried ananas and calamari rings. fish is always fresh and chips crispy.

The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. One of the employees shouted at the manager for 15 minutes while he just laughed it off.
