I am Niçois and came to Avignon to taste at the Sevin restaurant on 2 December in the evening, a tasting mets-Whiskies chords. The 7-course meal is a wonderful finesse and refinement, very well balanced and very gourmet dishes, very well mastered land and sea weddings.
