Food was good ??, but be careful who you hire to work in your shop, I arrive at 1225-1230 est on friday store was supposed to close at 1 i asked for chicken kebab the woman behind the counter said no because the grill is closed and shes tired and i can only get a gyro, i decided to go for a gyro platter since i had no choice… i then recived the platter and she says i can only take away cause they have put all the chairs up on the tables, i realised that she is being lazy and wanted to leave early so i asked if that is there policy she said ok take one chair down, if you have cctv footage you’ll see the whole interaction… im a business owner myself, my advice to you is get employees that care...

This restaurant used to be my favorite until one day when I visited, feeling very hungry. The server took my order but then got distracted with other tasks. Although another staff member saw me waiting, she completely ignored me. I ended up standing there for 8 minutes without assistance before I left. There were no long lines and it didn’t seem busy, so I don’t understand why the customer service was so poor. I haven't returned since and don’t plan to in the future. I'd rather spend a little more at another place where I feel valued as a customer.

Don't like giving out all 5-stars to any business, but they deserve it each and every time; management does a great job training...I've been to high-steaks restaurants and the service has never come close to this Shah's. It's not close to me but I'll travel anywhere for good service and food.Parking: Free parking shared by all businesses; spots kind of small so try not to park next to anyone to avoid dings in your vehicle.

I ordered 2 gyros and the lamb was thick cubed dry, chewy and was not very apatising. The White sauce came in a industrial packet which was disgusting and had the consistency of water and no flavor. I took 2 bits of the gyro and got sick instantly. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I paid $7.99 for each gyro and I guess that money was wasted so please beware stay away

Well my experience on a Tuesday. First, all the tables I touched were incredibly sticky and some had food that other customers dropped so I assume they do not get cleaned regularly. I order a cheese burger and my friend a chicken sandwich and both had the bottom bread cold. The food was good but makes me doubt care is out into preparing them.

Great lamb and rice/salad plates. Staff is very friendly and I REALLY appreciate that they're open after 10p (fav pitstop for post workout fill up)... Love their fresh veggies and adding in black beans, chick peas and other fresh ingredients instead of the usual lame lamb or chicken and rise that other spots offer...

Great tasty Halal Spot to stop by.. the only flaw in this place is the quantity is getting less day by day and prices are getting much higher, i always have to ask for extra meat which they charge extra for! The employees at this place are very hardworking and acquire great customer service skills.
