Shah's Halal Food is well-known for its high-quality dishes! Free covered parking is available on Levels 1-4, but for added convenience, consider parking on Level 5 and entering through the Palisades Mall entrance to reach the restaurant. They serve a wonderful variety of fresh comfort food at great prices, along with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend trying the salad plate, especially the mixed salad with chicken. Avoid ordering online. I ordered a Gyro with added rice, as they offer a specialty order option, but they deliberately didn't send what I ordered out of spite. When I called to ask why I received a rice and veggie platter without pita instead of a Gyro, they said it was because I selected "Add Rice," an option they provide, and refused to deliver my Gyro, blaming me for the mix-up. I ended up getting a full refund and ordered Pita from Chicken and Rice instead. What a joke of customer service.
I asked for a plain cheeseburger with no toppings because of allergies, but it came piled with extras. I ended up having to discard it. The falafel was served on rice without any hummus, which was a letdown. Overall, the service seemed chaotic and uncomfortable. The chicken over rice was okay, but next time I’ll probably choose a different Halal spot.

Specifically asked for my cheeseburger to be plain (no toppings because of allergies). The burger came loaded with toppings. Had to throw it away. Ordered the falafel over rice and it was missing the hummus. Very sloppy and uncaring staff. Thechicken over rice was decent. Will try a different halal restaurant next time.
Poor quality. I ordered the kofta platter, but the kofta I received wasn’t even chilled. You can see everything in the picture. I do not recommend ordering from this place. I even did DoorDash and called them, but this restaurant ruined the experience. The food was cold and not properly cooked. Don’t order here.
The woman serving was unfriendly, got my order wrong, and never filled the container properly. For $10 a platter, I expect at least a full scoop of beans and enough rice. I’ve been a customer of Shah's since before they had physical locations, so this was really disappointing.
Poor quality i ordered the food kofta plater and the kofta i got was not even cooled u can see all that in picture never order from this store i did door dash and even called them but this place ruined it dnt order here its refrigerated warm up. Notcooked

Delicious halal food in the Palisades Mall. I enjoy being able to customize my food. The staff was super attentive and I'm looking forward to coming back! Awesome experience.
The best halal cuisine at Roseade Mall! The customer service is outstanding. Don’t miss the Philly cheese with hot sauce—it’s incredibly tasty!
