The food was decent overall. However, I found the saucing on the Korean BBQ burger was only on one side, which made the first half a bit bland until I reached the end (that's a slight downside). Additionally, there was no option for drinks without ice, so I had to ask them to remake my drink. On a positive note, the service was impressively quick, completing over a dozen orders in what felt like under five minutes. However, the fries could have used a bit more salt.
Calvin is definitely have one of the best service.I've been to some shake shacks, but never found somebody as good as him, he took care of everybody's need with his lovely attitude.I rarely put some review, but I hope this one could let the company knows that they have a great person in their team!
GREAT BURGER FRIES ICED TEA AND ATMOSPHERE OUTSIDE! And great desserts at bakery around the corner! And great playground for kids and loads of cute puppies came w customers...a bonus! Kid-friendliness: Playground

Good service and friendly. The guy name Calvin he a real wise and loyal. My bag was left at the chair on my opp side and he told/advised me. Very helping one.
The Korean fried chicken was nasty. Chewy, hard, and bit into cartilage multiple times. Spicy fries were good! Stick to burgers and regular fried chicken.
Kaliyah was very friendly and even wished me a Happy Mother's Day. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed.
