When Shake Shack opened in Chestnut Hill in early 2013, there was a long line to get in and I didn't want to wait for a fast food burger. Fast forward to now, there was no line so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. I ordered the Shack Burger, which was a cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, and Shack sauce for $5.29. It was served in a small paper bag and presented nicely. I liked that the bun was not sliced all the way through, making it easier to keep the toppings in place.
