I went there for the first time on my way to spend the night dogsitting with my daughters dogs. Shake shack was on my way so since I had not been there before and was coming from work I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a burger and some cheesefries. I used the kiosk to order and paid with my debit card. When it was time to pick up my food I noticed that the young manpacking it up was struggling to get any cheese out of the cheese container and just shook his head and threw my fries in the bag.I went outside to investigate my order and sure enough,no cheese on the fries. I went back in to see if I could get the cheesethat I had already paid for on my fries. There were two manager look...
I used to enjoy this restaurant, but my experience has changed since a middle-aged blonde woman became the manager during the evening shifts. Her behavior seems unprofessional, and I've noticed a pattern that concerns me. Although I've never directly confronted her, I see her whispering to the staff making my food right after I place my order, which often results in delays. Even when my food is ready, she tends to prioritize packing orders for customers who aren’t even present, leaving my milkshake sitting in the freezer instead. It's frustrating and disappointing to encounter such service.
Ordered a schack burger, fries and drink. Everything was super cold like it was out for a long time and got a bun with a cheese in it, nothing else. I’m really upset as I paid for it and can’t even speak with anyone to correct the order as nobody is picking up. Never again I will spend money there.
This fairly new spot in Rochester is very clean and not too crowded, with plenty of open seating. There are lots of games both inside and outside to enjoy. I love their chicken and fries, and I've never had a bad meal here. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The restaurant was very clean, and the food was excellent. We encountered a small issue (which was actually our own mistake), but Emilio was kind enough to resolve everything for us. It's a fantastic place, and I would highly recommend it!
To be honest, considering how costly this place is, the food is quite average. My burger was quite dry and my fries were served cold. I probably won't return unless they reduce their prices.
1st time here. The French fries were great, different from any other fast food fries I've had any where else. Cheeseburger very good also. Well worth a visit. Definitely return.
