I placed our order at 8:19: two burgers, two cheese fries, chicken bites, a soda, and a milkshake. We sat and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally received my order at 8:45. When I opened the bag, I discovered a hair in my cheese sauce. I went back to inform the girl at the counter, and she replaced it with a new one. The food is always the guilty pleasure one hopes for from Shake Shack. However, between dine-in, take out and online orders, there is no way for the staff to work fast enough to fulfill orders in a timely manner. They are kind and they really hustle but it's a losing game for diners who will wait upwards of 30 minutes to get their order. Inevitably part of the order will be wrong or have sat out to either melt or get cold while the rest of the order is prepared. Experience stylish dining at Shake Shack! The service was excellent during my visit. I’ve always enjoyed their Shroom Burger, although it would be great if they offered burgers made with pea protein or grass-fed beef. The shakes and fries are tasty, but they feel a bit pricey for the portion size. You might want to check the prices on your own to get a better idea of the value.
Burgers are fantastic. Price is acceptable for the quality. Staff was not as nice as other Shake shaks. No eye contact and acted as if we were bothering them. For the price $40 after tax and tip for 2 people) the service should be polite and friendly. The food was good! If things change next time, I will then revise rating

I can’t get over the order taker turning around the credit card terminal saying “the system is gonna ask you how much tip you’d like to leave”. For a take out order with 20 other people waiting? Where’s the tip even going? Are these people being paid “server” wages? This is an awkward and unwelcoming process.
I remembered how tasty the burgers were the last time I visited. When I came in last, the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend trying the schroom burger because it’s absolutely delicious. You can also opt for the speck burger with a cherry pepper, which is also really good.

Staff was amazing! Super high energy n welcoming, food was good, BUT there was a bunch of old men just hanging out, some smoking cigarettes, and talking about car in the outdoor section. So disgusting to eat with that smell and I have a small child.

The food and service were excellent! I tried the special Oreo shake, and it was delicious! I loved the burgers as well. I'm so glad we decided to stop here on our way home during Memorial Day!
