Wow this place ALWAYS hits the spot! The food was absolutely delicious and we love the energy and atmosphere of the place when you go into National Harbor. It is super easy to place an order with their touch screen ordering and they put together the food super quick! We also got a cookies and cream shakes which are delicious because they have little bits of Oreo cookies in it and you get little chunks of it when you’re sipping on it! Just picked up my order and I should've checked the bag before I left because they completely forgot one of my burgers. $60 including tip for food that I didn't get. So I try to call and of course no one answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the box is full. I expected better from a place inside the MGM. That's a terrible first impression.

Fast and efficient and given a beer for free when it was poured wrong from the tap. The worker was learning and they looked out for me and gave me the beer free.
