We ordered our food online, and it was ready quicker than we anticipated. I was pleased to see a gluten-free bun option, although there were no other gluten-free items on the menu, as the fries, shakes, etc., were all labeled as containing gluten. When we received our order, both my gluten-free burger and my wife’s gluten-containing burger were packed together in the same bag with the gluten-containing fries, and they were not labeled. Although we dined in, had we taken the food to go, I would have had no way to identify which burger was mine. The burger itself was quite flavorful, although a bit on the salty side. I can only speak to the shakes since that's all we ordered, but I was really impressed. I had the seasonal pumpkin shake, and my friend tried the apple donut shake—at least I think that's what it’s called. His shake truly tasted like a donut, and it was fantastic! I'm a big fan of anything pumpkin, so I appreciated the pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top. The apple shake was sweeter, while the pumpkin one had a more subtle sweetness, which I preferred. I ordered the smallest size, but I was surprised at how big it actually was! I can't imagine how large the bigger size must be. I love this place! The ingredients are pretty basic so managing allergies is simple. There's also a full downloadable allergen pdf guide available from their website. I've never had a bag order from here. Coke products available. Plenty of outdoorseating. As for accessibility, there is a low curb from the road and low threshold to get into the push/pull door. Restroomsclaim to be accessible but I can not verify as I do not use those features. There is a low threshold to get to the outdoordining from inside the store, but getting to the outdoor seating using the outside gate would be difficult. All in all, I highlyrecommend this place!
I used to love this place, until my visit today. It's been a while since I have been here, and it has fallen off. When I walked in, the place was a mess. The service was terrible, and they were rude. They were busy, so I had to wait extra time for the food. You would think the food would be warm since it was so busy. Everything I got was barely warm. I noticed when I got to my car, but I wasn't about to go back as slow as they were, as well as rude. I spent over 30.00 on 2 sandwiches, fries, and nuggets. I would recommend going to this location. We love the burgers there. We went to celebrate last Thursday 10, some good news on my health! The food was amazing as always BUT the SMELL IN THE BATHROOM!!! OMG!!! was horrible! not just women's. also men's also all the zone! that is really not normal and really not nice at all!!! we ate outside and we never came back inside, it was HORRIBLE! I remember people cleaning tables, floors, and bathrooms all the time! no one was there last Thursday.... and THEY REALLY NEED SOMEONE CLEANING, not possible to eat with that smell. PUAJ!
I had been wanting to try this place for a while. They offer a variety of burgers, but I went with the classic cheeseburger, adding pickles, and it was delicious! It really hit the spot! Just a simple, juicy burger—yum! You can really taste the difference in flavor and texture with the Angus beef. I loved it and will definitely return. I also tried their cheese crinkle fries, which were tasty as well. Now I’m tempted to try one of their shakes, so I have another reason to come back, haha!
We tried our first Shake Shak as out of town guests ....and I'm baffled by the hype. It was so dirty, so expensive , confusing to order (it asked for a table number ?? , hair and dirt on the ketchup dispenser, not even got my 4 dollar lemonade, and food was just ok. 37 dollars for 2, just so disappointed.
We just wasted $30 on 2 burgers, 1 French fries and a couple of drinks. The burgers were cold like they had been sitting around for a while. This place is filthy dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting.
