Shake Shack Towson

The food here is decent, but I don't think I'll return to this location. I spent 20 minutes circling around trying to find parking, and then had to walk quite a distance in the rain. If you're okay with walking and waiting, then this place might work for you, but the parking situation in Towson is really frustrating. Plus, I noticed the parking attendant was always on the lookout. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier asked another staff member to help me, and they both seemed disinterested. It was only then that I saw a self-service register being used by another customer. While the food was good and the atmosphere was alright, I think I'll skip it next time.

Delicious! Absolutely delicious! My brother said this is what a real hamburger is supposed to taste like! The crispy chicken I had was wonderfully crunchy, and the fries were flavored just right (and I usually don’t like crinkle-cut fries!). I will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend this place!

We love ShakeShack. The food is always good and fresh. The staff is very pleasant. We’ll continue to frequent this place.Kid-friendliness: My son loves this place! He also likes that they have self-ordering via the tablets so he gets to input his own food.

The Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries were well-seasoned but unfortunately lacked cheese. Additionally, there were no straws or utensils included in the packaging. However, the SmokeShack and Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake were quite good. Reserva una mesa ahora

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The staff is extremely rude and has terrible attitudes. The atmosphere feels quite unrefined, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

The food was served cold, and my shake spilled everywhere, leaving only a third of it in the cup. The cup was slippery and soaked, so I ended up throwing the entire shake away.

Order was late. Food was cold. Milkshake melted. Bad idea to bag the milkshake with all the hot foods.

The fries I received were cold and stale, and my Angus burger was no bigger than a regular one.
