I tried to order from this restaurant today and they informed me flatly that they can't adapt anything to vegans that they can't make any of the vegetarian options without butter and ghee or other dairy products. I went back to this restaurant for a while and they were very open to adapt dishes to the food needs (I was vegan and accompanied by a vegetarian with various food sensitivities). Recently, however, employees have refused to veganize their vegetarian dishes.
